About me and my practice

I am an integrative therapist which means that I draw from different types of therapy and tailor it to your individual needs. I am passionate about my work and dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals.
I offer therapy in English and Polish.
I love my job and I feel very honoured to be able to witness how people's life change through therapy and how my clients grow in confidence. I encourage self compassion in all my work to support resilience and self worth.

Experience

I work with variety of mental health problems but my special interest is in anxiety and narcissistic behaviour.
I have extensive experience in working with survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.

Initial Consultation

I offer either a free 15 min consultation face to face or online or introductory 50 minutes session at reduced rate of £30.
During this session we can get to know each other a little more and see if we are a good fit.

Fees

£55 per 50 minute session.
